Director of Sales and Marketing is a high visibility role based at our Hyderabad branch that influences customers across boundaries and creates a highly engaged world-class team.
Responsibilities:

Build a strong sales and marketing group and establish long-term business relationships and strategic relevance with high-revenue/growth industries.

Create and develop sales operations process management, including opportunity management and forecasting.

Build and develop effective relationships with partner channel groups and influencer ecosystem.

Establish and develop Surabhi relationships with key CXOs, decision-makers across the enterprise.

Requirements:
​​
-
5+ years of sales/business development experience in process souring.
-
8+ years of experience managing an overlay sales organization who possess a global client contact base, deep domain expertise, and sales and buying practices

Track record of successfully growing revenue with new innovative solutions.

Business knowledge of the global BPO industry markets. Knowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, and negotiation tactics.

Experience with leading and closing complex deal negotiations and alliances

Regular review of sales opportunities and account business plans and manage the monthly revenue forecast; Lead & motivate a virtual team of sales managers (and recruit the best talent)

Providing inspirational leadership and driving organizational growth and change. Present corporate offerings and technical content to prospective customers.

Demonstrated knowledge in influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needs

We ask an employee to provide us one month notice should they choose to disembark for a smooth transition. We enforce this by retaining one month of employee’s gross pay, deducting 50% of it within the first two months. This retention amount will be paid in full during the final settlement of the notice period.
